When we set out to create a program designed to instill confidence and strength in those with a few setbacks in their training, we wanted to bring to the forefront the successful experience our long-term UTSFam have had to overcome numerous limitations and previous injuries.
In this highly focused and individualized program, every participant will find the opportunity to:
Renew your ability to move well and feel strong.
Build confidence in exercises that may have been previously seen as not possible or a distant memory.
Discover peace of mind that you can combine exercise, hard work, and results without the fear of constant pain.
Weekly education on the best approach to your program and working around previous injuries or pain.
Receive accountability with coaches and fellow members to help drive consistency and follow-through.

Ok, ok, so in addition to that, everyone that hops into our next session of “Six Weeks to Strong” will receive:
Three workouts per week with a main focus each week of the program designed to allow you to push for more strength, better movement, and physique changes.
One session per week is geared towards movement and mechanics education aimed at giving you all the tools necessary for pain-free training in the future.
Access to our TrueCoach home coaching program for add-on daily drills and movement suggestions. This is one of our biggest “not so secret” drivers of enhanced success in our programs.
Private Facebook Community Forum with weekly habit goal focused on movement.
Weekly Check-Ins for accountability through our TrueCoach software.
Coordination with nationally known physical therapist Zac Cupples and a one hour deep dive into the “Code for Maximal Health and Human Performance.”
Six Weeks to Strong Handbook that provides you a blueprint for your program, home drills, and extra tips to get the most out of your UTS experience.
We leave no stone unturned in this program, and hope to provide you with everything you need to know how to train hard without letting previous injuries, pain, or simply time away from the gym hold you back from your goals.

We have the following time slots open (Ideally, pick one option and we’ll allow the ability to switch times based on availability)
Tuesday/Thursday 5PM and Saturday 7AM or 11AM
Tuesday/Thursday 7PM and Saturday 7AM or 11AM
Sunday 3PM, Wednesday/Friday 9AM
how much will it cost?
You can pay for Six Weeks to Strong one of three ways:
One payment in full of $499 (Due upon signup)
Three payments of $187 (First payment due upon signup)
Six payments of $99 (First payment due upon signup)
how many People will be in the program?
We are only accepting 12 total people into the spring session of this program. This gives us the ability to deliver as much value and attention as possible.
Who is this program for?
Six weeks to strong is for anyone, with past injuries or not, that has found themselves hesitant to jump into any workout program for fear of re-injury, movement limitations, or simply want to understand the best possible ways to get strong while continuing to train pain-free.
