Registration closes March 3rd!

hey there,

One of the most frustrating aspects of getting into fitness is when a cranky lower back, sore knee, or bum shoulder makes pushing yourself to the limit difficult.

you are ready to show up a few times per week, find yourself on point with your nutrition, and you even know the full breakdown of goals you are looking to achieve, but every time you start pushing, something starts hurting.

or maybe you find yourself so frustrated at having to stop every time something pops up that you have given up on the idea of finding a gym for you.

I get it. In fact, I believe pain or difficulty with movement is one of the biggest reasons why people don’t stick with programs or struggle to progress. Below, you’ll see from many of our fellow #UTSFam, overcoming that barrier became one of the biggest keys to their now long-term consistency and success:

When Dee came to us with a history of persistent back pain and hesitance to lift anything heavy, confidence in herself became our number one goal with step by step progressions and diligent coaching.

A little more about six weeks to strong:

When we set out to create a program designed to instill confidence and strength in those with a few setbacks in their training, we wanted to bring to the forefront the successful experience our long-term UTSFam have had to overcome numerous limitations and previous injuries.

In this highly focused and individualized program, every participant will find the opportunity to:

  • Renew your ability to move well and feel strong.

  • Build confidence in exercises that may have been previously seen as not possible or a distant memory.

  • Discover peace of mind that you can combine exercise, hard work, and results without the fear of constant pain.

  • Weekly education on the best approach to your program and working around previous injuries or pain.

  • Receive accountability with coaches and fellow members to help drive consistency and follow-through.

Our next session launches March 4th, and you can reserve your spot here:

“Thank you for making exercise fun again!”

-Morgan G.

college soccer, a few knee injuries, and time away from exercise had her just looking for a solution to feeling good, lifting more, and finding results. Utilizing programs that drove proper positions, ideal strength progressions, and low impact conditioning helped her do just that.

A LIFE FILLED WITH SPORTS, HEAVY LIFTING, AND NEVER-ENDING SWEAT. IT’S NOT EASY WHEN SOMETHING YOU ARE EXTREMELY PASSIONATE ABOUT AND ENJOY IS LIMITED BY INJURY.

FOR CHAD, THAT WAS EXACTLY THE CASE WHEN A COMPLICATED INJURY HISTORY LEFT HIM UNABLE TO “DO WHAT I HAVE ALWAYS DONE” AND IN SEARCH OF THAT FEELING AGAIN.

WITH PATIENCE, PROGRESSIONS, AND LOTS OF DILIGENCE TO DETAIL, CHAD AND OUR TEAM WERE ABLE TO END THAT SEARCH AND START CRUSHING HEAVY WEIGHTS, CHASE HIGH HEART RATES, AND DOMINATE THE OCCASIONAL WEEKLY CHALLENGE.
