Every single person you meet is fighting a battle you don't know about.

This mantra is an idea I try and take with every person I interact with, in hopes that I approach business interactions, friendships, and relationships with positivity and hopes for progress.

Well, this is also one of the reasons behind why Unlimited Training Systems runs numerous charity workouts throughout the year.  We hope to help those fighting those battles, be they known or unknown.

A wonderful thing about the charity events at UTS (besides the fact that 100% of the proceeds go to help the charity named), is that it is personal to some or many members of UTS, as each time we host an event, we reach out to members for ideas on charities that are near and dear to their heart.

This month, the battle being fought is not necessarily by a felllow person, but rather "man's best friend."

Five years ago, I was fortunate (and at the time, stupid) enough to have the opportunity to rescue Hank (pictured above) from a less than ideal situation.

Fast forward to now where Hank happily rides with me to the gym every morning, anxious to greet every member that walk through the doors, and serving as my friend ever since.

So this month, in support of Young Williams Animal Center, we are looking forward to the "Deadlift for Doggies" Workout Event.
