Eight Weeks to Unlimited is one of our foundational transformation programs here at Unlimited Training Systems that was created as the anti-"BS, short term, myth driven, run you into the ground" fat loss programs that overwhelm the fitness industry. 

It was created for all those that are sick and tired of being sick and tired. I carefully designed the programming, nutritional help, and coaching protocol to help those who just can't bear to put themselves through another poorly put together session that was more about social media glory than actual progress. 

I want to teach all the essentials for your own personal health, strength, and overall fitness in a program that you can enjoy yourself and not die, because well, we can all appreciate that.

What times are available?

You can switch your time slot up to 4 times over the 8 weeks, based on availability:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @8AM, Sat. at 9AM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday @7PM, Sat. at 9AM
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday @2PM
  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday @6AM

What are the requirements to be a part of the program?

None!

Well, I take that back, there are two:

  1. You must be willing to dedicate the time and effort to attend all your sessions and try your best to follow through on our suggestions.
  2. You HAVE to attend our Intro to Unlimited Workshop that we put on for all new members in their first week. 

Do i need to be in really good shape to survive these workouts?

^If this were the case, we would be running a pretty poor program. We take on all levels, and while these sessions can sometimes be at higher intensities than our normal long term programs, we effectively individualize them for everybody.

What kind of meal plans and supplements will I need to use?

The beauty of our programs is we teach you how to efficiently and effectively improve your nutrition by changing 1-2 habits at a time, dependent on your ability and your own personal schedule/goals.

You won't get some highly specfic, and nearly impossible to follow meal plan. We won't tell you to spend hundreds on supplements.

We will be giving you daily, weekly, and monthly actionable habits that you can start utilizing from the get go. 

How long are the sessions and what all do I need?

Every session lasts 45-60 minutes (although we always encourage everyone to show up early and go through pre warmup fun and stay to interact with your fellow UTSFam!).  You will need to wear whatever comfortable active clothing you got, we got the rest covered!
